PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal that is loaded with an integrated non-contact thermometer function, which is to be possessed separately from a portable information terminal in a conventional case, and can transfer data easily to a computer or the like. SOLUTION: A portable information terminal loaded with non-contact temperature measuring function uses its operation part also for calculating the output of a thermopile part and the output of a thermistor for self-temperature measurement incorporated into the thermopile, and uses its liquid crystal display part also for displaying a temperature converted in the operation part. Thus, the function for speedily, easily and correctly measuring the temperature of a human body without increasing a volume of the portable information terminal is loaded.
