PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate position adjustment of a sampling needle. SOLUTION: A valve 29 equipped with an injection part 35 is positioned in front of this device, and an operator can view the injection part. A cross groove is notched on the upper surface of the injection part 35, and an injection spot 35a positioned on the center part can be confirmed visually, and the injection point of the sampling needle 39 can be adjusted manually and visually. When the position adjustment of the sampling needle 39 is finished, the sampling needle 39 is moved up and down twice at a speed of about one-tenth of an ordinary operation speed.
