PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room structure capable of securing a larger living space than a conventional one although the area of one room is smaller than the conventional one. SOLUTION: In a structure with guest rooms arranged juxtaposed along a corridor 1, a piping space part (a pipe shaft part) 4 of a water use system such as a flush toilet and a washroom is partitioned in the approximately center position of the adjacent guest rooms A1, A2, and washrooms and shower rooms B1, B2 of both guest rooms are arranged back to back in a line facing a direction crossing the juxtaposed direction of the guest rooms A1, A2, with the piping space part 4 placed between.
