<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security for sales of software and also reduce the time burden to a user, without complicating a storage medium of software. <P>SOLUTION: A user processor originates a call to a center before issuing a request for use of software and disconnects the call after transmitting user identification information, and the center retrieves an account history of the user on the basis of user identification information received from the user processor and originates a call to the user processor in the case of no abnormality, and the user processor transmits the request for use of software in response to the call from the center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
