PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a W/O/W-type emulsified skin cosmetic containing a Betula tauschii bark extract in the inner aqueous phase and having high stability and skin aging preventive effect. SOLUTION: This W/O/W-type emulsified skin cosmetic comprises the inner aqueous phase containing the Betula tauschii bark extract extracted with a solvent selected from water, ethanol, 1,3-butylene glycol and a mixture thereof, and the like, and an oily phase comprising a branched fatty acid ester oil liquid at room temperature such as isostearyl isostearate.
