PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive power distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of reducing the labor required for mounting a temperature detection means such as a temperature sensor and correctly measuring an oil temperature. SOLUTION: The vehicular drive power distribution control device distributes the drive power from a drive source to a plurality of wheels via a drive power transmission part, and comprises a resin-made housing 36 separately provided from the drive power transmission part 7, a temperature sensor 34 which is mounted inside the housing to measure the temperature of the drive power transmission part, a sensor signal processing circuit 37 which is stored in the housing to process the temperature information from the temperature sensor, a resin-made bracket integrally molded with the housing to fix the housing to the drive power transmission part, and a heat transmission part which is provided on the bracket to transmit the heat generated in the drive power transmission part to the temperature sensor.
