<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe holder suitable for probing brain functions of babies by near infrared spectroscopy. <P>SOLUTION: The probe holder comprises a base plate formed to conform to a shape of a subject body, holes for inserting the probes on the base plate, holes continuing the holes for inserting the probes, contact members attached to the side of the subject body on the base plate, and an adhesive provided on end surfaces of the contact members. Since the probe holder is directly fixed to the surface of the subject body by the adhesion material, the probe holder is attached stably if the subject body moves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
