PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform phase matching only to a necessary part. SOLUTION: In case of making a PC connected to a mixer engine execute an editing program to edit a signal processing composition in the mixer engine, when a user presses down a delay setting key 41 on a CAD screen for performing the edit, the screen moves to a delay setting screen 40', and an essential delay time, which is a delay time unavoidably generated in a component, is displayed so that it may correspond to each component of signal processing under editing (Display E), and an adjusted delay time, which is a delay time given to a signal inputted from an input terminal, is displayed in correspondence to each input terminal of each component (Display F).
