PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit capable of optimizing an inductor peaking amount or output matching even when wire lengths or wire shapes of an output terminal vary by each mount by separating respective end terminals for IC internal termination and laying out the wires so that the respective terminals are connected to a mount board or package leads. SOLUTION: In the driver circuit including a pair of differential transistors Q1, Q2 respective inputs of which are connected to outputs of emitter followers Q3, Q4, end terminals of the pair of the differential transistors Q1, Q2 are connected to individual bonding pads P3, P4, and the respective bonding pads P3, P4 and the mount board or the package lead are individually connected by wires L7, L8 that function as inductors.
