PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wax composition for ski and snowboard, which has excellent sliding performance and durability and deals with various sliding conditions and to provide a method for producing the wax composition. SOLUTION: The wax composition for ski and snowboard comprises (A) fullerene or its derivative and (B) paraffin wax having 45-120°C melting point. The wax composition is produced by mixing (A) fullerene or its derivative with (B) the paraffin wax having 45-120°C melting point under a condition of 0.01-10,000 poise viscosity.
