PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of low catching effect and hard surface of the conventional cleaning article for wiping using nonwoven fabric etc. SOLUTION: A filament layer 3 is piled up on one side or both sides of a substrate sheet. The substrate sheet and the filament layer 3 are integrally joined by a plurality of joining lines 4 extended in a direction crossing a long fiber 3a extending direction at right angles and, in an area between neighboring joining lines 4a, 4c at an interval in the filament 3a extending direction, the end part of other joining lines 4b are present.
