<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network monitoring system for integrating an ordinary business-use network and a monitoring network to improve cost-effectiveness of the entire system, and unifying network management working for both business and monitoring. <P>SOLUTION: The network monitoring system has a plurality of video distributing sections for distributing monitoring videos, a server for managing at least the monitoring videos, and at least one monitoring terminal for performing monitoring on the basis of the monitoring videos, wherein the plurality of video distributing sections, the server and the at least the one monitoring terminal are connected to the network. A predetermined priority for the plurality of video distributing sections is set in the server, and if at least the one monitoring terminal issues a request of distributing the monitoring videos to the server, the plurality of video distributing sections distribute the monitoring videos on the basis of a traffic status on the network and the priority to display the monitoring videos on the monitoring terminal having received the distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
