The invention relates to energy engineering using renewable power sources, more specifically to wind-driven power plants which are provided with a wind engine and whose wind turbine has a vertical axis of rotation. The inventive plant comprises a wind wheel with wind bladed turbine (7) which has a vertical axis of rotation (6) arranged inside a bladed air-guiding unit (1) which is provided with lower and top lids (3, 4), an electric generator (9) mounted on the top end of the wind turbine axis (6), an energy collector (11) and a control unit (12). The novelty of said invention lies in that said plant also comprised a light energy photoelectric transducer (14) whose photovoltaic cells (15) are mounted on the top lid (3) of the air-guiding unit (1) and are connected to the energy collector (11).
