<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image coding device, an image coding method, a program therefor and a recording medium for suitably coding and transmitting each object at the time of executing image coding. <P>SOLUTION: This image coding device is provided with an input means which inputs a plurality of image data, an image coding means which selectively executes the in-frame coding or inter-frame coding of the plurality of image data, a coding mode control means which controls the frames to which the in-frame coding is executed between the plurality of image data by the image coding means from not being simultaneously generated and a transmitting means which multiplexes and transmits the plurality of image data coded by the image coding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
