PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor circuit capable of setting an output voltage at an arbitrary value and obtaining an accurate output voltage for a desired output voltage. SOLUTION: An output voltage of an arbitrary value is set with a voltage amplifier circuit between a base and an emitter, and the base current error generated by it is compensated with a base current error compensation circuit.
