PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially and effectively perform warning and assisting against danger which is not recognized by a driver. SOLUTION: A danger determining part 23 acquires different kinds of information, determines danger concerning a self vehicle, and specifies the direction of a risk factor with respect to the self vehicle with the use of an internal danger direction determining part 23b. An in-vehicle camera 11 picks up the image of a driver. The image is processed by an image processor 21. A driver state determining part 22 identifies the line of sight of the driver. A support content determining part 25 speculates whether the driver recognizes the risk factor or not, based on the line of sight direction of the driver and the direction of the risk factor, and determines a support content. When warning is issued to the driver, a sound direction control unit 34a in a sound control unit 34 controls speakers S1-S6 and allows the risk factor direction to coincide with the output direction of an alarm sound.
