<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone having the function of an on-vehicle automatic tolling system. <P>SOLUTION: An IC tag that allows communications using narrow-band communication waves and an IC card with the function of electronic money are built into the cellular phone.
