PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board having a built-in electrical component which is reduced in size, increasing the mounted electrical components in number, by building the electrical components in an insulating board and which is capable of exchanging mass information with the outside. SOLUTION: A single or plural resin layers 1 are laminated, and an insulating board 2 is formed. A conductor circuit 3 is formed on either one or both sides of, at least one or more of the resin layers 1. The electrical component 4 electrically connected to the conductor circuit 3 is embedded in one or more of the resin layers 1. A recess 6 is provided to the end face of the insulating board 2. Connection terminals 5 electrically connected to the conductor circuit 3 are provided to the inner surface 7 of the recess 6, and a female connector 8 is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
