PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in abrasion resistance and stain resistance, and wherein a polypropylene film is used as a surface protecting layer. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is characterized as follows: a polyvinyl chloride paste sol layer, wherein a foaming agent is mixed, is provided on a paper layer, and foamed so as to be turned into a polyvinyl chloride resin foamed layer; and a co-extrusion film, which is composed of an acrylic acid copolymer layer and a polypropylene layer, is laminated on the polyvinyl chloride resin foamed layer so as to expose the polypropylene layer.
