An image processing method includes: an input step for inputting image data obtained by imaging an examinee for a predetermined period of time by a medical imaging device and arranged in time series; a time-axis direction extraction step for time-axis-direction extracting pixels satisfying a predetermined condition among all the pixels arranged in the time series for each of the pixel coordinate position; and a configuration step for configuring a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional image in accordance with the pixels which have been time-axis-direction extracted by the time-axis-direction extraction step.
