CONDUCTIVE MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member that forms a coating layer without uneven film thickness and a manufacturing method for the conductive member by keeping the temperature and specific gravity of the coating liquid constant when forming the surface coating layer for the conductive member by a dipping method where a roller is impregnated in the coating liquid in an upright position.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the conductive member constructed by having a conductive support and an elastic layer and the coating layer formed around the outer periphery, is characterized by that the method has at least a process for forming the coating layer by applying the coating liquid onto the outer peripheral face of the elastic layer, a process for keeping the temperature of the coating liquid at a constant temperature within the scope of ±2°C to a predetermined temperature ≤25°C, and a process for keeping constant the specific gravity of the coating liquid. The conductive member is characterized by that the dispersion of dynamic hardness of the surface of the conductive member manufactured by the manufacturing method is within ±20%.
