摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method of a heat treatment type aluminum alloy wherein a welded blank excellent in ductility, and furthermore in press formability is advantageously obtained, by preventing a fracture in a stir-welded section and a heat-affected section, and also to provide the welded blank improved in press formability. SOLUTION: In the welding method, the heat treatment type aluminum alloy subjected to T4 tempering treatment is friction-stir-welded to obtain a welded blank. Then, such a welded blank is subjected to a reversion treatment.
