PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimum flow rate from a pump at times of dual-tilt operation and single-tilt operation respectively at a lower cost without making a device configuration complicated. SOLUTION: When conducting the dual-tilt operation, a preset level for differential-pressure becomes low according to a switch selected, and a relatively small flow quantity is supplied to a right and a left tilt cylinders 4, 5 from a hydraulic pump 7 so that extension rates of the right and the left tilt cylinders become small. Also, when conducting the single-tilt operation, according to the switch 1 selected the preset level for differential-pressure preset becomes high and a relatively large flow quantity is supplied to the left tilt cylinder 4 from the hydraulic pump 7, and the extension rate becomes larger. Thus, the operation speed in the dual-tilt operation is conformed with the operation speed in the single-tilt operation, so that the operation speed of a blade 3 does not change when the dual-tilt operation is shifted to the single-tilt operation, and therefore a feeling of discordance is dissolved when shifting the operation.
