PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an in-vehicle apparatus capable of absorbing efficiently an impact applied to an instrument panel. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the in-vehicle apparatus has an opening for apparatus installation formed in front of an automobile cabin whereby the apparatus is mounted through a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting part 15c of a garnish 15 made of synthetic resin installed in an apparatus installation part is overlapped on mounting parts 10b provided on the right and left of the bracket 8, and fixedly fastened to the apparatus installation part.
