PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickness measurement device for a lining layer, accurately measuring thickness of the lining layer applied to the inner face of a pipe member. SOLUTION: This thickness measurement device for the lining layer has: a measurement device body 22; a sensor means 66 for measuring film thickness of the lining layer; a sensor holder 26 for holding the sensor means 66; an intermediate support body 24 interposed between the sensor holder 26 and the measurement device body 22, having a contact roller 58; a first cylinder mechanism 42 for moving the intermediate support body relatively to the measurement device body 22; and a second cylinder mechanism 70 for moving the sensor holder 26 relatively to the intermediate support body 24. The intermediate support body 24 is supported to the measurement device body movably in a moving direction close to/away from the lining layer and turnably with a turn axis extending to the axial direction of the pipe member as the center.
