PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lightweight offset printing paper in which the coating amount of a coating layer is small and which is highly white, and has excellent printability. SOLUTION: This offset printing double side-coated paper produced by disposing coating layers consisting mainly of a pigment and an adhesive on both the sides of base paper is characterized by containing 10 to 90 pts. wt. of chlorite particles in the pigment, having the coating layers in an amount of 3 to 10 g/m<SP>2</SP>per one side, and having a surface ISO (International Organization for Standarization) whiteness degree of≥80 %.
