In order to carry out the safety control of data exchange flows between a communications module and a communications network in communications sessions which are organised according to communications session contexts, a communications session with a remote correspondent is established, a corresponding communications session context is activated and the data exchange flows are controlled according to the activated communications session context with respect to at least one parameter assigned to said context inside the established session.
