<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump dispenser and a container which are formed from a synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the pump dispenser, at least the cylinder and suction pipe of the pump are formed from the synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties. Alternatively, the external face of at least the cylinder and suction pipe of the pump are covered with the synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties.
