This invention provides a new controlled release multi-unit pharmaceutical dosage form comprising coated pellets containing an extruded core, which contains ketoprofen and microcrystalline cellulose, as well as coating which contains at least one acidoresistant polymer and at least one insoluble polymer. This formulation is suitable for once-a-day ketoprofen administration.
