PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of setting up a debinder condition with high accuracy when a laminated ceramic electronic part equipped with an inner conductor film containing base metal is manufactured. SOLUTION: After a green laminate 3 is subjected to a debinder process carried out under a plurality of kinds of debinder conditions, the degree of oxidation of the base metal contained in the inner conductor film 4 is obtained as a magnetic moment (emu/g). After a burning process is carried out, it is determined whether an obtained laminated ceramic electronic part 1 is non-defective or not, and a proper debinder condition in a debinder process can be set up on the basis of a magnetic moment (emu/g) obtained when the laminated ceramic electronic part 1 which is judged non-defective is obtained.
