PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque switch capable of preventing wrong operation by providing an approach detecting means for detecting degree of approach of a driving body to a pointer between the driving body and the pointer to measure reduction of an additional coverage of operating torque of the torque switch. SOLUTION: The torque switch 13 is provided with a rotating body 30 formed by rotatably providing a movable contact point 18 in a terminal board 17 provided with a fixed contact point 16 to control to open/close the fixed contact point 16 and the movable contact point 18, the pointer 25 adjustably provided in a rotating plate 22 integrally rotating with the rotating body 20, and the driving body 24 fixed to a rotary shaft 14 rotating in response to the output torque of a valve driving electric actuator 1 and abutting on the pointer 14 in response to the output torque to rotate the rotating body.
