PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a recessed part formed on the lower surface of a die to a projecting part provided on the upper surface of a die holder without the deviation and falling of a die and to obtain operability by which the die is easily attachable and detachable and is not interfered with a work. SOLUTION: In this die holder 17 for press brake, a die rail main body 19 on the upper surface of which the projecting parts 25, 35 freely engaged with and disengaged from the recessed part 39 formed on the lower surface of the die 37 are provided on the upper surface of the die holder 17, and the die rail main body 19 is divided into a fixed part 21 and a movable part 23.
