<p>Vacuum measuring container (1) for measuring CO 2leak rates from test pieces (5, 6) has housing openings (31, 31') on either end through which supply lines (2, 3) can be used to move the test pieces to the outside of the chamber. The housing openings have adapters (35, 35') that are matched to different sizes of test pieces. The measurement arrangement also comprises adapters (54, 55) for connecting the test piece to a CO 2supply system and pipe connections (25, 28) that act as pump and measurement connections for a mass spectrometer.</p> |
