The device has a tubular pole (1) whose profile is derived from the standard tubes. The pole is equipped with a central bolt rope (2B) and two lateral bolt ropes (2A, 2C) whose lateral space determines an aerodynamic profile of the pole and a sail assembly. An entirely lathed sail (3B) is equipped with two flexible compartments (3A, 3C) that are inflated with air in to the form of half wings.
