FIELD: production of heat-insulating and-or soundproofing materials and items. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of heat-insulating and-or soundproofing materials and items and presents a method and a device for formation of mineral fibers by means of the internal centrifuging. The device contains: a centrifugal machine made with a capability of a rotation about an axis X1, in particular, located vertically, and a peripheral zone of which contains a set of apertures; a means of a gaseous drawing out at a high temperature made in the form of the ring-type burner; a pneumatic tool intended for separation and regulation of fibers by sizes and made in the form of a circular manifold of a gas injection. At that separation and regulation of sizes of the fibers realized with the help of this pneumatic tool is supplemented at least by one other tool, the mechanical part of which contains a chilled wall located around the centrifugal machine at least opposite to its peripheral zone. This invention also presents a method, in which the given device is used, as well as different applications of this device and the method. The technical problem of the invention is aimed at improvement of mechanical properties of the heat-insulating and-or soundproofing material and items. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of mechanical properties of the heat-insulating and-or soundproofing materials and items. ^ 24 cl, 3 dwg |
