PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric having concavities and convexities formed on surfaces of ground weaves thereof, without deteriorating flexibility, nor air permeability, of the structured fabric, when the three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric is formed out of two of front and back ground weaves and connection parts for connecting the ground weaves. SOLUTION: This three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric is formed out of the two of the front and back ground weaves and the connection parts for connecting the ground weaves, wherein the warp knitted fabric is structured so that floating yarn is fastened to the surfaces of the ground weaves by inserting the yarn into the surfaces and making it twine through them, without deteriorating the air permeability of the warp knitted fabric, and a ratio of floating areas of the floating yarn to the surfaces of the ground weaves is in a range of 20-70%.
