PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing scattering of dust, which enables a worker to perform demolition work in a safe and sanitary environment by preventing the dust etc. from scattering to the surrounding environment. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with: a domy surrounding body 10 wherein a part of a side surface cover 30 is opened, while a building 2 is surrounded by a top surface cover 12, and the side surface cover 30 which integrally continues into the top surface cover 12; heavy equipment 40 for demolition, which performs the demolition work for the building 2, surrounded by the surrounding body 10, through the opening 4; a first chemical-agent injection means 50 which is attached to an arm 46 of the heavy equipment 40 so as to emit a jet of prepared chemical solution in a shape of at least either mist or foam toward a place 3 for the demolition of the building 2; a second chemical-solution injection means 16 which is installed so as to seal the opening 4 with a mist curtain by emitting a jet of prepared chemical solution in a shape of the mist curtain; a chemical-solution supply means 62 for supplying the prepared chemical solution to the means 16 and 50; and a control means for controlling the injection of the prepared chemical solution.
