The unit performs the sterilization of spatially separate pieces of furniture using ultrasonic waves. The sterilization is performed automatically by separate control of the ultrasonic wave generator through an electrical switch and active substance intake valves. An independent claim is included for controlling of the active substance quantity brought into the furniture, and a homogenization of the active substance aerosols brought into the furniture.
