PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circuit capable of maintaining an adequate refrigerating cycle in various situations of operation. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a compressor 15, a radiator 16, a receiver 18, an expansion valve 19 and an evaporator 20. A supercritical refrigerant used in a supercritical condition is used as the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit. A cooling part 17 for cooling the refrigerant flowing out from the radiator 16 is provided on the upstream side of the receiver 18. A part of the evaporator 20 is made the cooling part 17 by making it function as an air heat exchanger.
