PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-shaped steel sheet pile having more excellent water cutting-off property than a conventional sheet pile. SOLUTION: This U-shaped steel sheet pile has a U-shaped cross section constituted by a web and a flange, a tip of the flange is provided with a claw-like Larsen type joint, and a channel filled with a water cutting-off material is formed on an inner face side in a claw bottom part of the joint. A flange face of this steel sheet pile limits an inclination angle formed for a line of a slope of a web face to 10°or less.
