<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a forklift with a push-pull attachment to load/unload cargos in spite of a position of a tying band. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet pallet 10 has a sheet region 11 and a tab region 12 extending from one of sides of the sheet region 11.
