PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system capable of defining information which an information provider discloses to an information recipient and collaterizing the secrecy of the information. SOLUTION: An information provider terminal 10 encrypts predetermined information such as personal information by using an electronic key A and transmits the encrypted information to an information recipient terminal 20. The electronic key A used for encryption is encrypted, transmitted to the receiving means 31 of an authentication authority server 30 as electronic key information AC together with access right information and stored in a storage means 32 in a state that the electronic key A and the access right information are associated with each other. In addition, when the authentication authority server 30 receives an access permission certificate from the information recipient terminal 20, a judgment means 33 collates the access right information and the access permission certificate and a log recording means 35 records access log from the information recipient terminal 20.
