PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously operate a reinforcement binder for a long period by controlling the temperature of the reinforcement binder within a proper range. SOLUTION: A cooling fan 17 is disposed at the rear of the twisting motor 9 of the reinforcement binder 1, a heat sensing elements 23 are mounted on a power circuit board 8 and a control circuit board 16, and the power circuit board is disposed near an electric motor. Based on the detected temperatures of the heat sensing elements, a control part starts the cooling fan when an internal temperature is more than a reference value when trigger signals are inputted and stops it after a specified time is passed. Since the plurality of heat sensing elements are disposed distributedly, temperature can be detected accurately. Also, since the twisting motor with large heating amount is disposed in proximity to the power circuit board and the cooling fan is disposed on the axis of the twisting motor, both the electric motor and the power circuit board can be efficiently cooled.
