PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stealth vessel capable of closing an opening of an upper structure object with a member having a stealth property without increasing weight of a vessel body and covering an equipment for battle with a cover member having stealth property. SOLUTION: The stealth vessel 10 is provided with the upper structure object 12 and the equipment 13 for battle on an exposed deck of a main vessel body 11. The stealth vessel is constituted such that the cover members 14a, 14b covering the equipment 13 for battle at usual time are moved to a periphery of the upper structure object 12 at battle.
