A distillation apparatus. According to the invention it comprises, in combination, a boiler 1 provided with electrical heating means 7, a cooler 9 for condensing the distillation vapour, and means for circulating a coolant fluid in a closed circuit 11, 13, 14, 15, associated with the said cooler 9, these means including a radiator 13 cooled mechanically by an electrical fan 16, 17 and a pump 15 driven by the motor 16 of the electrical fan 17.
