<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for exhibiting visual/tactile information that can fully give a sense of touching what is seen to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission information management means 20 manages image information, which is transmitted to an image display means 3 for displaying the image information to the user, and tactile information, which is transmitted to a tactile exhibition means 1 for exhibiting the tactile information to the user.
