<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an evil, such as leakage of a pressurized gas produced by an excessive ink by preventing an unnecessary migration of the excessive ink produced by attaching a tube to which an ink is adhered at a tip, to a writing chip. <P>SOLUTION: A gas pressurized type refill includes a through hole 36f having a locking part 36g, an enlarged diameter part 36h which is formed in the rear of the locking part 36g and which is larger than a diameter of the locking part 36g, and a connecting part 36i for connecting the locking part 36g to the enlarged diameter part 36h. An inward protruding part 36j protruding inward is formed at a rear side of the locking part 36g. A rear end of a tubular member 31d of a shank part 31e is exposed rearward of rear (inward protruding part 36j) of the locking part 36g, and a tube 34 is connected to the exposed tubular member 31d. The front end of the tube 34 is brought into contact with the connecting part 36i.
