PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a security/safety level of a small community at relatively low cost by forming a small circle of close friends in a limited area and quickly establishing an initial alert for security by mutual aid and goodwill. SOLUTION: A security management method for a small community, in an emergency at an arbitrary member in a small community comprising a plurality of members, sends an emergency signal and information unique to the member experiencing the emergency from the member to all the other members. The sent emergency signal is received by the other members to display the unique information about the member experiencing the emergency and raise an alarm. With the alarm and the unique information, the other members contact the member experiencing the emergency to confirm it.
