PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus having a high training effect by using a black light irradiation apparatus, and to provide the black light irradiation apparatus suited to view black light print printed on a paper sheet. SOLUTION: This training apparatus is composed by combining a printed matter on which an answer 13 to a question 12 is printed near the question corresponding to the black light, with the black light irradiation apparatus for viewing the print corresponding to the black light. The blacklight irradiation apparatus has a black light emitting body 4 disposed at a base part of a cylindrical body 1, is provided with openings 7, 8 on a lower part wall. The black light irradiation apparatus is composed so that, when an end part of the cylindrical body is made to approach the printed matter applied with the black light-corresponding print, the black light-corresponding printed matter can be viewed via the openings, or is composed to be connected to a sharp pencil.
