PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facing sheet which can impart a uniform appearance with high designability and aromatic properties over a long period of time to surfaces of various substrates, without the occurrence of unevenness in color and pattern. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet (1) containing a microcapsule is characterized in that a resin film (4) containing the microcapsule (3), wherein an aromatic substance (31) is contained, is laminated and integrated together at least on a surface of a facing film (2).
